ThoughtFront: Conversations Shaping Business Panel Series Explores Circular Transformation

The fifth edition of “ThoughtFront: Conversations Shaping Business”, the panel series hosted by the Faculty of Business and the Graduate School of Business at Özyeğin University to bring together leading voices from academia and industry, was held under the theme “From Circular Economy to Circular Transformation.”

Moderated by Dr. Alptegin Albayraktaroğlu from the Business Administration Department, the panel featured Associate Prof. Ebru Tekin Bilbil from the Hotel Management Department at Özyeğin University; Yasemin Sırali, Sustainability Director at Fiba Group; and Gözde Atçı, Strategy and Sustainability Lead at Borusan Cat.

Panelists discussed how the vision of a circular economy can be integrated into sustainable business transformation, with a focus on leadership, organizational alignment, ecosystem collaboration, and policy support.
